1.1. The Site provides information about Techsbook's services, allows you to contact us or request a consultation, and provides access points to our customer and technician platforms.

1.2. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

2.1. Creating an account on a Techsbook platform, purchasing services, or working with Techsbook as a technician requires acceptance of the applicable agreement presented within that platform. Those agreements — not these Terms — define service scope, pricing, payment, cancellation, service levels, data handling, and the rights and obligations of each party.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you hold and for activity that occurs under your account.

2.3. If you access a Techsbook platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so on that company's behalf.

3.1. If you submit information through a Site form — a contact request, consultation booking, or similar — you agree the information is accurate and that we may use it to respond to you and to provide the services you request.

3.2. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.1. Technicians performing work through Techsbook may submit photographs, notes, measurements, diagnostic readings, and similar documentation of completed work (“Work Documentation”), typically through the Techsbook technician platform rather than this Site.

4.2. Work Documentation is submitted so that Techsbook can deliver, verify, support, and maintain a record of services performed. By submitting it, you grant Techsbook a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and share that documentation for those purposes — including providing it to the customer whose equipment was serviced, the applicable equipment or telematics provider, and Techsbook's own quality, warranty, training, dispute-resolution, and support functions.

4.3. Techsbook will not publish Work Documentation for marketing or promotional purposes in a form that identifies a customer, a vehicle, a location, or an individual without permission.

4.4. Work Documentation is a business record of services performed. Because it may be needed to substantiate work, resolve customer disputes, support warranty or insurance claims, or meet legal obligations, Techsbook retains Work Documentation as part of its service records and does not delete it on request. The license granted in 4.2 survives the end of any technician's relationship with Techsbook. Additional terms for technicians are set out in the technician agreement accepted within the technician platform.

5.1. The Site and its contents — including the Techsbook and FMPS names, logos, visual designs, text, graphics, and software — are the property of Techsbook, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

5.2. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except as ordinarily necessary to view and use the Site.

5.3. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site — including telematics providers such as Samsara — belong to their respective owners. Reference to a provider does not imply endorsement or partnership beyond what is expressly stated.

6.1. If you send us feedback or suggestions about our services, you agree we may use them without obligation, compensation, or attribution. Please do not send confidential information you do not want us to use.

8.1. You agree not to use the Site to: attempt unauthorized access to any system or account; interfere with or disrupt the Site; scrape, harvest, or collect data by automated means without permission; upload malicious code; or use the Site in violation of applicable law.

9.1. Site content is provided for general information. Service descriptions, capabilities, coverage, and pricing shown on the Site are illustrative and are not an offer or a guarantee of service; actual terms are those set out in a signed or accepted service agreement.

9.2. The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techsbook disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to the Site.

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techsbook shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.

10.2. This section limits liability arising from use of the Site. Liability relating to Techsbook's services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.

11.1. The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.

12.1. These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
