Techsbook connects qualified telematics installers with installation jobs from fleet technology providers, direct booking customers, and enterprise accounts. If you know your way around GPS trackers, dashcams, ELDs, MDVR systems, and vehicle electronics, this is where the work gets organized.
01 What Experience Do Techsbook Technicians Need?
Techsbook looks for technicians with at least 1 year of vehicle electronics, fleet technology, or telematics installation experience. Apprentice opportunities may be available in select states when a technician has the right foundation and can follow provider standards.
Relevant experience includes GPS tracker installation, dashcam installation, ELD installation, MDVR installation, hardwired device installation, troubleshooting, and clean vehicle wiring practices.
02 What Documents Are Required?
Technicians must provide a valid driver’s license, proof of residency in their city, state, or province, and general liability insurance. These documents help protect customers, providers, and the technician network.
03 What Tools And Equipment Do Technicians Need?
Technicians must have the tools, consumables, and basic install supplies needed to complete assigned jobs properly. That includes standard vehicle electronics tools, wiring supplies, mounting materials, testing equipment, and a reliable mobile phone with cellular service.
